Hot water took over seven minutes to heat up!!! The indoor pool was extremely chilly, making it non-enjoyable!!! Also, no hot tub despite what was advertised!!!

The hotel was spotless I loved that parking was free, which is such a bonus for a stress-free stay. Plus, the King Suite was super comfortable, allowing us to relax and recharge after a long day of adventures!

The staff went above and beyond. Chris and his team even brewed coffee early when they saw I had an early workday. A minor downside was the hairdryer in the room. it didn’t function properly. I also had trouble with the toilet handle. it didn't work correctly unless I was careful. Despite these issues, the room was clean and well-managed. The location worked perfectly for accessing the interstate, meaning I could easily venture out to explore.

It was just a commendable fit for a city break in Springdale with best value for money ratio. I enjoyed the nice coffee served early in the morning, which was a welcome surprise. Ask about breakfast hours for better planning.

Great fitness center and friendly staff, but laundry facilities need improvement.

The staff demonstrated exceptional service, specifically Chris, Alexia, Elizabeth, and Mallory, who proactively brewed coffee early for my early workdays. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and I appreciated the presence of Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner, which enhanced my stay. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was evident, showcasing the high standards maintained by the housekeeping team.

No significant negatives were encountered during my stay.
